CONTINUOUS VACUUM BRAZING FURNACE

Vacuum Tempering Furnace

After a vacuum is created, the fan in the heat insulation chamber generates high velocity circular air flows circulating atmospheric gases to effectively and uniformly heat the material, which results in vacuum bright tempered parts. Optimally shaped heat insulating materials are used for minimal heat loss, and more uniform temperature distribution as well as energy efficiency.

Model NVF-50-OQ
Vacuum Oil Quenching Furnace

The furnace basically consists of two chambers: the heating chamber and a quenching oil bath (the gas quenching chamber). After materials are heated in the heating chamber, they are automatically transferred to the oil, immersed for quenching, degreased, and then taken out of the bath. The gate valve, which is vacuum-sealed and heat-insulated, isolates the heating chamber from the oil chamber and keeps it completely oil-free. Likewise, gas cooling is carried out without being influenced by oil vapor, ensuring bright tempering quenching. The Vacuum Oil Quenching Furnace can handle a wider range of applications than the Vacuum Gas Quenching Furnace can: It is capable of : Steel oil-quenching Steel air-cooling Brazing SUS solution heat treatment Titanium alloy annealing Magnetic material annealing Others (Cluster chamber furnaces with 2 or 3 chambers are available upon request.)

Vacuum Degassing Furnace
This furnace is used for degassing of precision, IC, gas analysis components, etc. Degassing is carried out by maintaining a virtual vacuum on atmospheric pressure of 10-5Pa for many hours. A molecular bombardment unit can be used in conjunction with this furnace to accelerate the degassing process, if necessary. To create the virtual ion, turbo, and cryo-pumps are utilized.
