This furnace is suitable for heat treatment of power, steel shot, small-sized parts such as chain components. Heat treatment is possible in the retort after replacing the vacuum with an atmospheric gas of various kinds.

Heat Treatment Furnace

This furnace is designed to facilitate loading and unloading of large material by crane, etc. As a heat source, an electric heater or radian tube burner may be employed.

To ensure uniform temperature distribution, material is rotated on the shelf in the furnace while being exposed to high velocity circular air flows generated by an overhead fan.

This furnace is widely used to braze, anneal, or sinter small parts in H2 gas atmosphere. A design advantage of the compact size of this furnace is designed for quick temperature rise. Mufflers are installed in the furnace to isolate the heater from exposure to gas.
