ALCAST-V

This equipment is designed for vacuum degassing and deoxidizing. The amount of H2 can be reduced to 0.05cc/100g or less. Compound materials such as MMC can also be degassed or deoxidized. After processing, the molten material can be pressurized to faciliate feeding. Capacity:150kg/batch, 300kg/batch, 600kg/batch.

V-CARRIER

This is a ladle unit for carrying molten material. To convey molten material for refilling, it uses vacuum feeding; and pressurized feeding for delivery to other equipment. It is capable of performing vacuum degassing. Capacity:350kg, 700kg

DANRYU

This equipment is used to remove oxide from molten recyclate, refining it to a new quality level. It can also be used as a preliminary furnace for use in conjunction with a melting furnace or a holding furnace for casting equipment. It has a degassing capability of 0.12cc/100g. Treatment capability: 1000kg/Hr. /1500kg/Hr.
