So with this equipment, everything is done automatically-from parts feeding to heating, to oil quenching, washing, and then to tempering. And you will see bright parts being churned out--with no decarburization or scaling. This equipment is highly regarded in the Japanese automotive industry for bright heat treatment applications for major volume-production components including nuts and bolts, bearing races, chains, etc. For feeding atmospheric gas to a NAKANIHON-RO Model NCF Continuous Heat Treatment Furnace, you may use either a gas generator or an organic agent drip feed procedure. The cost for heating, and the atmospheric gas or organic agent accounts for as much as 90% of total operating cost for perhaps more. To cut this cost, we have come up with a breakthrough furnace that keeps heat loss at a minimum while keeping operating pressure as low as possible. The NAKANIHON-RO NCF Continuous Heat Treatment Furnace employs a multi-zone temperature control system in which the furnace is divided into several zones for individual temperature control. Each zone's temperature control is designed to meet certain temperature load requipments, and ensure uniform temperature. This system ensures accurate temperature control with uniform temperature distribution.

Flameless Type Gas Carburizing Furnace

A complete interlocking configuration--a batch type carburizing furnace, vacuum washing equipment, bright tempering furnace, loader/unloader equipment--is harmoniously joined into together as an integrated automated system that needs no operates with no operator at all. Since a flameless method is employed, the working environment is safe and user-friendly.

An inter-locking equipment configuration--a burn-out furnace, quenching furnace, oil bath, washing tank, and tempering furnace-that are linked together operates in full-automatic mode as an integrated system for all processes loading to unloading.

Vacuum Washing Equipment

To enhance washing performance, the low pressure steam washing method is employed using petroleum-based solvent. After washing, residual solvent on parts will be vaporized and dried easily as the equipment is pumped down to a vacuum in the subsequent operation.
