History

January 1965 Founded in Nakamura Ward, Nagoya City.
January 1967 Commenced supplying products to the plants of Nippon Steel.
June 1967 Constructed a new office building (Wing B) and moved the office and plant to the current address (8 Aza Yasewari, Kiori, Miwa-cho, Ama-gun, Aichi).
February 1974 Developed, manufactured, and sold the first pressure quench vacuum furnace in Japan.
April 1981 Commenced supplying products to Baoshan Iron & Steel in Shanghai.
September 1981 Completed the extension work of the plant (Wing A).
July 1983 Technical alliance with Plansee (Tirol, Austria).
September 1983 Increased capital to 20 million yen.
May 1984 Constructed a new CVD processing/assembly plant (Wing C).
May 1986 Business alliance with Klockner-Ionon (West Germany).
September 1991 Completed the extension work of the vacuum heat-treatment plant for further improvement.
July 1993 Received a joint patent (Patent No.3010405) with Nippon Steel.
August 1996 Registered ALCAST-V utility model (Registration No.21380885).
October 1996 Received a joint patent (Patent No.3251865) with Toyota Motors Corporation.
October 1997 Received a patent for V-CARRIER (Patent No.2711515).
March 1999 Constructed new plants (Wings D, E, and F) for manufacturing large furnaces.
December 2000 Obtained ISO9001 certificate
December 2001 Participated in the joint project carried out by industry, academia, and government at the Shimane Technical Research Development Center for Next Generation.
September 2002 Installed a new large furnace to increase vacuum heat treatment capacity of the Commissioned Processing Division.
October 2002 Developed a next generation plasma heat-treatment equipment.
January 2005 Certified as "Aichi brand," which is granted to excellent manufacturing enterprises in Aichi.
February 2005 Installed a new large furnace to increase vacuum heat treatment capacity of the Commissioned Processing Division.
Initiated a joint research on the Active Screen Plasma Nitriding Furnace with Shimane prefecture.
September 2005 Technical alliance with Plasma Metal (Luxemburg)
December 2006 Participated in the "Project to Support the Strategic Advancement of Basic Technologies,"commissioned by the national government.
